Hendrix Park has two family friendly play areas for the youngest members of the family. In 2006 Hendrix Park Recreation Association installed a state of the art playground for kids and family’s. It includes multiple slides, tunnels, games and resting areas all with a safety netting enclosing it. Children can play in it while parents watch safely or as a baseball game is being played nearby.

This year Hendrix Park added a newest family friendly games with the introduction of the Neos 360. It brings technology and physical activity together in the southeasts first interactive game.
